Cancellation and Refund Policy

1. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement or before they are shipped, whichever is earlier.

2. Refunds

Refunds are initiated for cancelled orders (as per above) and for returned products that meet our return criteria.
Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 7-10 business days after approval.

3. Non-Refundable Items

Custom-made or personalized items are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.
Sale or clearance items may not be eligible for refund unless stated otherwise.

– Fee Terms & Conditions

Non-Refundable Fees: All admission, registration, tuition, and other fees paid to the Academy are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances, including voluntary withdrawal, absence, discontinuation, or change of personal circumstances.
Course Completion Period: Students must complete their enrolled course within one (1) year from the date of admission/enrollment.
Expiry of Enrollment: If a student fails to complete the course within the one-year validity period, the enrollment will automatically expire unless an extension is granted in writing by the Academy.
No Refund for Incomplete Course: No refund, credit, or transfer of fees will be provided if the student does not complete the course within the stipulated one-year period.
Attendance Responsibility: It is the student's responsibility to attend classes regularly, complete assignments, and meet all course requirements within the enrollment period.
Course Transfer: Course enrollment and fees are non-transferable to another person or another course unless approved by the Academy in writing.
Batch Changes: Requests for batch changes are subject to seat availability and the Academy's approval.
Academy Rights: The Academy reserves the right to modify class schedules, faculty, or course delivery methods without affecting the validity of these terms.
Acceptance of Terms: Payment of fees and enrollment in the course constitute the student's acknowledgment and acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
